PhotoToss is operated by Blue Mango Ventures Inc., doing business as Silineon (silineon.com) (“we”, “us”). By using PhotoToss you agree to these terms. We have kept them short and readable.
Using PhotoToss
You may use PhotoToss to collect photos and details from a group and to create slideshows. You are responsible for the content you and your contributors upload, and for having the right to use it. You must be at least 16 years old, or have permission from a parent or guardian.
Your content
You and your contributors keep ownership of the photos and information you upload. You grant us a limited licence to store and process that content only to provide the service to you (for example, to build your slideshow and generate a friendly comment). We do not sell your content or use it to train models.
Acceptable use
- Only upload photos you have the right to share.
- No illegal, hateful, harassing, or sexually explicit content, and nothing involving minors inappropriately.
- Do not attempt to break, overload, or reverse-engineer the service.
We may suspend or remove projects that break these rules.
Plans & payment
Free and paid plans are described on our pricing page. Paid plans are billed through Stripe. You can cancel anytime from Plan & billing; access continues until the end of the paid period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
Availability & changes
We work hard to keep PhotoToss running but provide it “as is” without guarantees of uninterrupted availability. We may update the service and these terms; if we make significant changes we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or incidental damages.
