This policy explains what Blue Mango Ventures Inc. collects when you use PhotoToss, why, and the choices you have. We collect as little as possible.
What we collect
- Account data: your email address and a securely hashed password.
- Project data: project names, settings, and the instructions/purpose you write.
- Uploaded content: photos and the details contributors provide, plus a record that consent was given and when.
- Billing data: handled by Stripe; we store only a customer/subscription reference, never card numbers.
- Basic technical data: needed to run the service securely (e.g. session cookies).
How we use it
Only to provide PhotoToss: to store your projects, build and present slideshows, generate a friendly photo comment, process payments, and keep the service secure. We do not sell your data or use your photos to train AI models.
Photos & privacy
Photos are private to your project. There are no public photo links — only the signed-in host can view them, and the audience sees them only when the host presents. You can delete any entry or the whole project at any time.
Sub-processors
We use trusted providers to run PhotoToss: a payment processor, an AI provider (for the friendly photo comment and help chat), an email provider for transactional emails, and our hosting provider. Each processes data only to provide their part of the service.
Your rights (GDPR/CCPA)
- Access & export: download your data from Account settings.
- Deletion: delete your account and all its data from Account settings.
- Correction & objection: use our contact form to correct data or object to processing.
Retention
We keep your data while your account is active. When you delete your account, its projects and photos are removed.
